Catat Rekor Baru, Guardians of The Galaxy Melejit ke Puncak Box Office AS
jpnn.com - FILM Guardians of The Galaxy mencetak rekor pendapatan box office Amerika Serikat di bulan Agustus, yang selama ini dipegang film The Bourne Ultimatum.
Guardians of The Galaxy berhasil memperoleh 94 juta USD, jauh mengalahkan rekor The Bourne Ultimatum (pada tahun 2007) yang hanya mencapai 69,3 juta USD.
Selain memecahkan rekor pendapatan Agustus, film keluaran Marvel ini juga menjadi film ketiga di tahun 2014, yang punya pendapatan tertinggi di awal pekannya. Transformer: Age of Extinction berada di urutan pertama dalam urusan itu, dengan angka 100 juta USD, diikuti film Captain America: The Winter Soldier dengan 95 juta USD.
Di puncak box office pekan ini, otomatis tanpa 'perlawanan berarti', Guardians of The Galaxy melejit ke posisi puncak melewati film Lucy. (adk/jpnn)
